After 36 played minutes Moguehua got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Inocente. Cachueta FC's Angel Totakoxe pulled a muscle in his leg after 39 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 39 minutes, Marcelo Rosalio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moguehua and the Cachueta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Moguehua's Alejandro Aimar tried to score from far away in the 49th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half Cachueta FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
