Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angelino Gerazan kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Mocoretá FC's Emiliano Cordarrol got control of the ball when Lino Fagondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 13 played minutes, Mocoretá FC's Jeremias Tohias shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomas Nesto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mocoretá FC reached it. Tomas Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Vitin in the 14th minute of the match. Mocoretá FC's Emiliano Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Millano in the 17th minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, RACING CLUB's Lino Fagondo tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Mateo Vitin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of RACING CLUB's Tomas Nesto. Tomas Nesto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Angelino Gerazan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Emiliano Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, Mocoretá FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Casado to maneuver through the defense. Lino Fagondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Angelino Gerazan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emiliano Cordarrol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Hector Figueroa charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hector Figueroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, RACING CLUB's Hector Figueroa got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Gualterio Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Vitin in the 63rd minute of play. RACING CLUB's Lino Fagondo got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mocoretá FC's Jeremias Tohias got a free kick in the 73rd minute. RACING CLUB's Lino Fagondo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lino Fagondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Casado charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Casado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute RACING CLUB were awarded a corner. Edgardo Ostadar went to the cornerflag to take it. Gerardo Arixo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Emiliano Cordarrol. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-1 in the 84th minute. Emiliano Cordarrol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Fagondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
