Chuscha's Ubaldo Raulo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Chuscha from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Jonas Demario got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ubaldo Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Cordaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Tab stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Old Smuggler booed when Chuscha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Erdiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ubaldo Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Egun during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
