Bacota's Mauro Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Leheren in the 8th minute of play. Mauro Menendo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ambrosio Leheren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Sixto Heriberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Millrick in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arrutó's Silvano Matteo got a free kick in the 27th minute. Sixto Heriberto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Esdras's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Prospero Cuarto hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Bacota's Eustaquio Lehior couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 31st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arrutó. Sixto Heriberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Lehoi in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Osvaldo Esdras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Heriberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Cordarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute of the match, Ambrosio Leheren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mauro Menendo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Blas Arixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Mauro Menendo made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Ambrosio Leheren took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Mauro Menendo to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bacota's Mauro Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Bartuelo in the 52nd minute of play. Ricardo Lehoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sixto Heriberto having to make a save. Mauro Menendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Gonsalvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Mauro Menendo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Leheren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Esdras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute Ceferino Gonsalvo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Menendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Gonsalvo in the 71st minute of play forced Bacota's goalkeeper Mauro Menendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arrutó walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
