Hacha y Tiza's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Stephen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Godoy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Rios during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hacha y Tiza's Paulino Rios got a free kick in the 46th minute. Lisandro Cordareo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Marko in the 48th minute of the match. The Hacha y Tiza players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. JuanRomanRiquelme were winning 0-1.

The tension between the Hacha y Tiza and the JuanRomanRiquelme players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lisandro Cordareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Marko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute Claudio Stephen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Godoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
