Cipriano Gaitano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes Circulo de Brujas got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Palben. Florencio Semeno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efrain Munio having to make a save. After 35 played minutes Gessler FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Gaitano. After some careless play in the Circulo de Brujas defense, Victorino Criston kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dario Lordi. The Circulo de Brujas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dario Lordi should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Circulo de Brujas booed when Gessler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Criston didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Cleto Gaitan notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gessler FC's Efrain Munio. Efrain Munio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Victorino Criston managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gessler FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorino Criston was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Lordi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Gessler FC's Higinio Suarez got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st match minute, Gessler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Gaitano to maneuver through the defense. Gessler FC's Efrain Munio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Semeno in the 75th minute of play. Efrain Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Gaitan in the 76th minute of the match.
