The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lisandro Mateo during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Euscadi AFC! Alejandro Sabella took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulino Obano. Paulino Obano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Euscadi AFC booed when LEYENDA MALBEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Eguerdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Narciso Mederi in the 16th minute really tested Rômulo Vieira's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 19 minutes into the game, Euscadi AFC's Marciano Frichoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rômulo Vieira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Marciano Frichoso hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marciano Frichoso got free with Rômulo Vieira in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 28 minutes into the match, Marciano Frichoso notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of LEYENDA MALBEC's Rômulo Vieira. Rômulo Vieira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 31 minutes of play, LEYENDA MALBEC's Alejandro Sabella made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulino Obano was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, Euscadi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Sabella came free, but Paulino Obano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulino Obano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Iruinea in the 38th minute of play. Paulino Obano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejandro Sabella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The wind increased when Alejandro Sabella made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Marciano Frichoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rômulo Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LEYENDA MALBEC's Jonas Eguerdi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Elvio Paskal in the 62 minute of the game. Rômulo Vieira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Frichoso's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Euscadi AFC's Paulino Obano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Bazil in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Sabella got free with Paulino Obano in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Euscadi AFC's Benigno Rufo got a free kick in the 74th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as LEYENDA MALBEC's Alejandro Sabella slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulino Obano. That made the score 2-4 after 75 minutes of play. Nestor Iruinea scored 2-5 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulino Obano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th match minute, Euscadi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Rufo to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Bazil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulino Obano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. With 93 minutes on the clock, Lisandro Mateo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of Euscadi AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of LEYENDA MALBEC:s goal. In the 97thth minute of the game Felipe Chorche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LEYENDA MALBEC's Rômulo Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match was over LEYENDA MALBEC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Euscadi AFC throughout the match.
