Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Hacha y Tiza's Claudio Stephen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Calmayo FC's goalkeeper Tomás Indalecio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicasio Santana. 8 minutes into the match, Calmayo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Stephen came free, but Tomás Indalecio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Indalecio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Romeo Karmel. A hard shot 13 in the game by Claudio Stephen from a close distance when the talented Tomás Indalecio managed to make a qualified save. Calmayo FC's players were relieved. Tomás Indalecio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Stephen in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Hacha y Tiza's Marcos Ponc nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tomás Indalecio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 22 played minutes, Hacha y Tiza's Benito Pelagius shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tomás Indalecio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hacha y Tiza reached it. Tomás Indalecio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Stephen's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Hacha y Tiza's Claudio Stephen fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Claudio Stephen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomás Indalecio came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Hacha y Tiza's Nicasio Santana. But to his dismay, Nicasio Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcos Ponc during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Hacha y Tiza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Ponc to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Calmayo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Claudio Stephen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel Indartsu was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Calmayo FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Indartsu. After 56 minutes Hacha y Tiza's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baltasar Maria who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Stephen in the 59th minute of play forced Calmayo FC's goalkeeper Tomás Indalecio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Cordareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Indartsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Hacha y Tiza getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Marcos Ponc hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hacha y Tiza's zone, Zeledon Manny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lisandro Cordareo came out of the goal and Zeledon Manny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Manny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Claudio Stephen came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Hacha y Tiza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Stephen couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Nicasio Santana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zeledon Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Stephen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Tomás Indalecio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hacha y Tiza fans cheered their team off the field, for while Calmayo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
