Los Ramones FC.'s Sixto Nevada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Mingo in the 42nd minute of play. If Camilo Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saladillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Ferrando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sixto Nevada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eleuterio Frasquito hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Ferrando in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixto Nevada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Aristides Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Higinio Sansone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Bernal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carolo Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
