After a defensive mix-up in La Caberock's zone, Ignacio Marcones stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natalio Bero came out of the goal and Ignacio Marcones tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the La Caberock defense, Maximiliano George kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natalio Bero. The La Caberock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natalio Bero should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Ignacio Marcones put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Natalio Bero. If Ignacio Marcones had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gavino Gergori fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored funesdios's protests and gave Gavino Gergori a yellow card for diving instead. Fabricio Miliano's late challenge caught a funesdios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Miliano helped the player get up and apologised. After 41 played minutes funesdios got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Miro. Everardo Rafel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Abeita in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maximiliano George stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The goalkeeper, Natalio Bero, was totally fooled by funesdios's Delmar Miro, who 55 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 61 minutes into the match, La Caberock's goalkeeper Natalio Bero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Marcones. Christian Silbestre hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Everardo Rafel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Prudencio Egoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Everardo Rafel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filomeno Feo during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to La Caberock getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Filomeno Feo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano George in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natalio Bero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute of the match funesdios got a corner. La Caberock's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Delmar Miro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to funesdios's Leandro Maura getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Prudencio Egoi struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Everardo Rafel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Caberock. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. funesdios walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
