In the 32ndth minute of the game Higinio Sansone who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gonnet's Amancio Guib was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Marcelo Gutierrez put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Amancio Guib. The Los Ramones FC. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Leonel Hever made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isidoro Lorien during the 52nd minute. Los Ramones FC.'s Marcelo Gutierrez got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gonnet's Saul Gaskon got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Gonnet's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Sansone came free, but Amancio Guib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Ciriaco Lehoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 82 played minutes, Gonnet's Roque Eder shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sixto Nevada came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gonnet reached it. Amancio Guib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Sansone in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to Gonnet getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Moises Enetz hit a great ball. Marcelo Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Guib having to interfere. If Leonel Hever had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Los Ramones FC. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
