Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Niceto Abeita kicked off to start the match. Sebastian Gaxan kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Niceto Abeita struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Aquilino Bernal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Caberock. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Prudencio Egoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Caberock's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudencio Egoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Bernal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, La Caberock's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Mingo came free, but Natalio Bero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Saladillo's zone, Niceto Abeita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Bernal came out of the goal and Niceto Abeita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prudencio Egoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Egoi in the 23rd minute of play. When Prudencio Egoi came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the La Caberock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Egoi couldn't finish the play. After 30 played minutes La Caberock got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Lucila. Saladillo's Marcial Gaxan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Natalio Bero but with some difficulty. If Camilo Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Uriel Mingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Niceto Abeita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquilino Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Egoi in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Natalio Bero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Abeita in the 54th minute of play forced Saladillo's goalkeeper Aquilino Bernal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Ferrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Caberock's Natalio Bero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Ferrando in the 60th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Prudencio Egoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquilino Bernal. Saladillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Egoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Prudencio Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carolo Rivas during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Laureano Lucila, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Prudencio Egoi came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the La Caberock fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Egoi couldn't finish the play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Mingo couldn't finish the play. Aristides Ferrando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Bero having to interfere.
