Teo Musko charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Musko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Carrizal AFC booed when Moldes AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Musko didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Carrizal AFC's Gaston Quico ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arman Jönsson. Arman Jönsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 22nd match minute, Carrizal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Quico to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Ereinotz in the 24th minute of play forced Carrizal AFC's goalkeeper Basilio Thomas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Basilio Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Victorio Ereinotz came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Moldes AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio Ereinotz couldn't finish the play. Victorio Ereinotz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Arnaldo Raymon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Victorio Ereinotz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Thomas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 47 minutes into the game, Julian Cristofor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrizal AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moldes AFC the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Carrizal AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Cristofor to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Argina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorio Ereinotz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Basilio Thomas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Ereinotz in the 54th minute of play. Arnaldo Raymon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basilio Thomas having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Socorro in the 59th minute of play forced Moldes AFC's goalkeeper Arman Jönsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carrizal AFC's Basilio Thomas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Carrizal AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute Rafael Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match Moldes AFC got a corner. Carrizal AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basilio Argina ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Moldes AFC's corner Basilio Argina fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Basilio Thomas quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Argina got free with Basilio Thomas in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Victorio Ereinotz came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Moldes AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio Ereinotz couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 74 minutes into the game, when Teo Musko put in a rough tackle. Basilio Thomas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceferino Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Argina scored 1-4 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Thomas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 98th minute, Victorio Ereinotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
