After having played for 53 minutes, Zacarias Lastur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Faker F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacarias Lastur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benjamin Marquez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Israel Tomi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Niceto Cordarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Nel having to interfere. Israel Tomi came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Montefiore AFC's Benjamin Marquez. But to his dismay, Benjamin Marquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 81st minute, Reynaldo Chan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacarias Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Lastur in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Nel saved Montefiore AFC from getting behind. Fausto Nel didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. 90 minutes into the match, Montefiore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Lastur came free, but Fausto Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Arturo Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Tomi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Sancho in the 97th minute of the match. The Faker F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Montefiore AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
