Leo Quilo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Edgardo Camerino made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Mantzio in the 5th minute of play forced Meandes's goalkeeper Edgardo Camerino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Gentza in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Ceandro saved TORPEDO from getting behind. Edgard Eate kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Meandes's goalkeeper Edgardo Camerino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leo Quilo. David Gentza took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Ceandro. Ivan Ceandro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Edgard Eate hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The supporters of TORPEDO booed when Meandes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that David Gentza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ivan Ceandro was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Gentza in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Ceandro saved TORPEDO from getting behind. After the first half Meandes were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Gentza was the one to do the kick off. Meandes's Edgardo Camerino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Quilo in the 53rd minute of play. Leo Quilo took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Camerino. Edgardo Camerino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. A collision led to Meandes getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Camilo Teodor hit a great ball. Leo Quilo took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgardo Camerino. Edgardo Camerino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 72 minutes into the match, Meandes's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Quilo came free, but Edgardo Camerino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Teodor hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Leo Quilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Camerino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Quilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Meandes's Edgardo Camerino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Mantzio in the 92nd minute of play. Edgardo Camerino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leo Quilo's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Meandes played a much better game than TORPEDO and deserved their victory. The TORPEDO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
