Racing Club's Tiburcio Norino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Sendoa in the 3rd minute of play. Leopoldo Urki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Tiburcio Norino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Gaston Quico made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Racing Club's Tiburcio Norino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dalmacio Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Thomas having to interfere. Dalmacio Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Quinto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Basilio Thomas, 1-1. If Gaston Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Quico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiburcio Norino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Damian Idacio hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Sendoa, 27 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Tiburcio Norino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Gabirel in the 34th minute of the match. Gaston Quico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gaston Quico made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Dalmacio Quinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racing Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dalmacio Quinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basilio Thomas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 56th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Demesio to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Rafael Socorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Norino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Quico, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 66 minutes into the game, Carrizal AFC's Gaston Quico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiburcio Norino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Leopoldo Urki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Thomas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Tohias in the 78th minute of play. Dalmacio Quinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Thomas having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Celedonio Crescencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carrizal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celedonio Crescencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Socorro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tiburcio Norino firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Carrizal AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Leopoldo Urki hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Quinto in the 98th minute of play forced Carrizal AFC's goalkeeper Basilio Thomas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Thomas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Tohias, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. When the final whistle sounded Carrizal AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racing Club.
