Spectators: 6759 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 100) Under FC's Claudio Fe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Claudio Fe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Israel Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Israel Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Fe in the 11th minute of play. Niceto Cordarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Ignado having to interfere. Baldomero Ignado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niceto Cordarin in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute Flavio Rutenio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Tomi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomero Ignado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Chan in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes, Maximo Etxeberri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Under FC and the Faker F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Under FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Maximo Etxeberri hit a great ball. After 34 played minutes, Faker F.C.'s Benicio Tonio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomero Ignado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Faker F.C. reached it. The supporters of Faker F.C. booed when Under FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Abeitia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Fe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Israel Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 52 played minutes Under FC got a freekick which was hit by Abel Perez. If Zacarias Lastur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudio Fe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Israel Tomi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Zacarias Lastur came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Faker F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Lastur couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd match minute, Under FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Ondino to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes Under FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Etxeberri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Lastur in the 78th minute of play forced Under FC's goalkeeper Baldomero Ignado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Zacarias Lastur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Baldomero Ignado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Cordarin in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Ignado saved Under FC from getting behind. Flavio Rutenio might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Israel Tomi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Rutenio ran back to his position shaking his head.
