After a defensive mix-up in Montefiore AFC's zone, Victorio Ereinotz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Nel came out of the goal and Victorio Ereinotz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 played minutes Moldes AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Ereinotz. In the 12th minute of the match Fulgencio Eyague sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arman Jönsson skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Arnaldo Raymon took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fausto Nel to make any attempt to save it. 29 minutes into the match, Moldes AFC's Basilio Argina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Nel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Ereinotz got free with Fausto Nel in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute, Benedicto Frasquito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moldes AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Fausto Nel stood somewhat misplaced when Victorio Ereinotz came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 42 minute. Benedicto Frasquito charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedicto Frasquito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorio Ereinotz made a kick off. Arman Jönsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alvaro Gilabert. Benedicto Frasquito got his second yellow card in the match during the 52nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Leonel Bixintxo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arman Jönsson. Moldes AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arman Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Innocenzio in the 56th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Victorio Ereinotz put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fausto Nel. 73 minutes into the match, Montefiore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Ereinotz came free, but Fausto Nel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ramiro Oro fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montefiore AFC's protests and gave Ramiro Oro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Ramiro Oro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. 82 minutes into the match, Victorio Ereinotz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fausto Nel. Montefiore AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorio Ereinotz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. If Basilio Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Nel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorio Ereinotz's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute.
