The supporters of Los Forasteros FC booed when Capillas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsenio Ekialde got free with Teofilo Huly in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliberto Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Huly having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Feliberto Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Forasteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Dayam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofilo Huly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeo Cordearo's late challenge caught a Capillas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Cordearo helped the player get up and apologised. Amadeo Cordearo hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. If Arsenio Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Capillas's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Gonzalez came free, but Teofilo Huly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Corderall made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Tobias Bernabel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capillas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Forasteros FC the free kick. Tobias Bernabel kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Feliberto Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Huly having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Capillas's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Ekialde came free, but Teofilo Huly reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Huly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliberto Dayam in the 68th minute of play. Capillas's Teofilo Huly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Dayam in the 71st minute of play. Teofilo Huly came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Forasteros FC's Arsenio Ekialde. But to his dismay, Arsenio Ekialde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After having played for 91 minutes, Dario Gonzalez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Forasteros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Gonzalez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Los Forasteros FC's Feliberto Dayam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teofilo Huly narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Feliberto Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Huly having to interfere. Los Forasteros FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
