When Clodoveo Nevada fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Bidon de Claudia's protests and gave Clodoveo Nevada a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of El Bidon de Claudia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Capillas:s goal. The goalkeeper, Samuel Eufrasio, was totally fooled by Capillas's Melquiades Argenis, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. El Bidon de Claudia's attentive Romeo Tabb managed to snatch the ball when Ovidio Jaume made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. El Bidon de Claudia's Samuel Eufrasio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save El Bidon de Claudia from getting a goal against them. A collision led to El Bidon de Claudia getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hugo Fonso hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, El Bidon de Claudia's Hugo Fonso got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Samuel Eufrasio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Corderall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Albino Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Corderall received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Samuel Eufrasio came out and tried to block the shot, but Arturo Corderall slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. Samuel Eufrasio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albino Oier in the 32nd minute. If Zacarias Eneko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Hugo Fonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teofilo Huly was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of Capillas booed when El Bidon de Claudia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Lia didn't get a good kick on the ball.

During the 54th minute of the match Hugo Fonso completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hugo Fonso a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Samuel Eufrasio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Corderall, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. A collision led to El Bidon de Claudia getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Delmar Navarro hit a great ball. Angelo Marcones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Teofilo Huly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Eufrasio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albino Oier went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the game, Tobias Bernabel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Samuel Eufrasio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the match, Capillas's goalkeeper Teofilo Huly had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Eneko. Delmar Navarro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to El Bidon de Claudia getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Zacarias Eneko hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Melquiades Argenis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel Eufrasio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zacarias Eneko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Teofilo Huly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Bidon de Claudia's Romeo Tabb quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ovidio Jaume, made in the 96th minute of the game.
