Cleto Timo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Emeterio in the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of Nahueve AFC booed when RODELFI F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Rumaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleto Timo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Emeterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 51st minute of the match Eriberto Iigo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cleto Timo skillfully saved the ball. RODELFI F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Ariel Emeterio scored to the left of an out of position Cleto Timo, making the score, 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, RODELFI F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Emeterio came free, but Cleto Timo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, RODELFI F.C's Rodolfo Chepe got a free kick in the 61st minute. Ariel Emeterio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Timo having to make a save. If Arsenio Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Arsenio Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nahueve AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Gonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cleto Timo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Jago in the 70th minute of play forced Nahueve AFC's goalkeeper Leopoldo Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Jago scored 1-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leopoldo Arnas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 80 played minutes RODELFI F.C got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Romelio. If Carmelo Lamberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute.
