Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leonides Socorro kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Luifa F.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Lluc to maneuver through the defense. Leonides Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Machigasta AFC's Rafael Socorro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomero Aritza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leonides Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Baldomero Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Socorro struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Baldomero Aritza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Machigasta AFC. The crowd rose to their feet as Atilano Gimenez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baldomero Aritza. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Victor Arias came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Luifa F.c.'s Serafin Berart. But to his dismay, Serafin Berart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Socorro in the 34th minute of play forced Luifa F.c.'s goalkeeper Baldomero Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonides Socorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Baldomero Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Arias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Pello's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A hard shot 53 in the game by Serafin Berart from a close distance when the talented Victor Arias managed to make a qualified save. Machigasta AFC's players were relieved. Machigasta AFC's Leonides Socorro got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Luifa F.c.'s zone, Leonides Socorro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Aritza came out of the goal and Leonides Socorro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baldomero Aritza came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Machigasta AFC's Rafael Socorro. But to his dismay, Rafael Socorro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Victor Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Pello in the 65th minute of play. Rafael Socorro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Socorro in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Aritza saved Luifa F.c. from getting behind. 74 minutes into the game, Anacleto Ihintza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Machigasta AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luifa F.c. the free kick. After 74 played minutes Machigasta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Ihintza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Pello in the 82nd minute of play forced Machigasta AFC's goalkeeper Victor Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Pello in the 89th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Luifa F.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Socorro came free, but Baldomero Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Aureliano Pello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luifa F.c.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Pello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
