The supporters of WilsterAura booed when Viejas & Virgenes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Frantzes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Andres Cortez managed to get in a good position for a shot. WilsterAura's supporters rose to their feet, but Andres Cortez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Lordi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Antonio Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucio Ieltxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Primitivo Boni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Antonio Marin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, WilsterAura's goalkeeper Primitivo Boni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antonio Marin. Everardo Frantzes kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Andres Cortez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fermin Panfilo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the WilsterAura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fermin Panfilo couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Viejas & Virgenes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Panfilo came free, but Emiliano Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Viejas & Virgenes FC's goalkeeper Emiliano Lordi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fermin Panfilo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Emiliano Lordi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WilsterAura. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fermin Panfilo to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucio Ieltxu in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Primitivo Boni saved WilsterAura from getting behind. Antonio Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Boni having to interfere. When Fermin Panfilo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WilsterAura's protests and gave Fermin Panfilo a yellow card for diving instead. Israel Milian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Lucio Ieltxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Boni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 80 played minutes WilsterAura got a freekick which was hit by Abel Jerrold. WilsterAura's Primitivo Boni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Marin in the 81st minute of play. A hard shot by Norberto Handi from long distance, 84 minutes into the match, got Emiliano Lordi's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Primitivo Boni came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Viejas & Virgenes FC's Lucio Ieltxu. But to his dismay, Lucio Ieltxu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 96 minutes into the game, Israel Milian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viejas & Virgenes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave WilsterAura the free kick. In the 96th minute, Israel Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Edelmiro Fix shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiliano Lordi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. WilsterAura's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
