The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Charro was the one to do the kick off. If Leonardo Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Quirce kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Roberto Fidensio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Quinten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Matancilla AFC booed when Pujol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Brun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute of the match Melquiades Turi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Quinten skillfully saved the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Pujol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Charro came free, but David Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ezequiel Kusko hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Matias Pero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Cruz having to interfere. Pujol FC's David Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Charro in the 93rd minute of play.
