Spectators: 7266 (Terracing: 5451, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) Roque Caitano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Oso having to interfere. In the 5th match minute, New Zanzibar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Lidon to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Bella Vista's Roque Caitano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Urbano Oso. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. 11 minutes into the match, Bella Vista's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Gai came free, but Ramon Jenaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ildefonso Oskarbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixto Sauveur kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Roque Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Oso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliberto Gai in the 25th minute of play forced Bella Vista's goalkeeper Ramon Jenaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Roque Caitano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Urbano Oso. Roque Caitano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Roque Caitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urbano Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Caitano in the 36th minute of play. Gilberto Acosta kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roque Caitano to strike the kick off in the second half. Urbano Oso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Caitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urbano Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilano Eufemio in the 53rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as New Zanzibar's Feliberto Gai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramon Jenaro. That made the score 2-1 after 57 minutes of play. Bella Vista's Atilano Eufemio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gogo Lidon fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Zanzibar's protests and gave Gogo Lidon a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to New Zanzibar getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gogo Lidon hit a great ball. Bruno Gomesano, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Atilano Eufemio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Urbano Oso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roque Caitano in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbano Oso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71st minute, Sixto Sauveur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. New Zanzibar's Urbano Oso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Eufemio in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 minutes of play, Bella Vista's Atilano Eufemio made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Urbano Oso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, New Zanzibar's Feliberto Gai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramon Jenaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roque Caitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Urbano Oso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Acosta's late challenge caught a New Zanzibar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Acosta helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bella Vista getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gilberto Acosta hit a great ball. Gilberto Acosta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bella Vista were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of New Zanzibar for a fine match.
