If Astor Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Llorian during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Raimundo Llorian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The supporters of MAR-RA booed when Llisca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Isadore didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Raimundo Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. In the 84thth minute of the game Astor Belmiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llisca FC's Andres Rosio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nestor Benvido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Cordera, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Hilario Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAR-RA's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Jaen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Rosio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Llisca FC's Andres Rosio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Llisca FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Llisca FC's Andres Rosio got control of the ball when Hilario Jaen tried to sneak it across the goal line. MAR-RA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
