Spectators: 7244 (Terracing: 5434, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vinicio Maurino started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erubiel Lawrence got free with Mariano Roldan in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erubiel Lawrence scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Roldan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benigno Felipo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Generoso Cebrian in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisito Matia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, Villa la Pava's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Cebrian came free, but Luisito Matia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Colazoydiezmas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Villa la Pava:s goal. In the 39th minute, Erubiel Lawrence fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mariano Roldan, passed just outside the right post. Luisito Matia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Gutierrez, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Generoso Cebrian made the kick off in the second half. Erubiel Lawrence struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Mariano Roldan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa la Pava. Ariel Gutierrez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Villa la Pava's Rigoberto Arnau got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Erubiel Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Villa la Pava's Luisito Matia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Villa la Pava from getting a goal against them. Colazoydiezmas's Mariano Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Lawrence in the 82nd minute of play. In the 90th minute Erubiel Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Roldan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Villa la Pava's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
