The audience was convinced that Mariano Xacintu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Beila was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Rejunte FC's Amancio Beila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Walme in the 6th minute of play. Mariano Xacintu struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Amancio Beila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brokenlee FC. Brokenlee FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Walme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lorenzo Walme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Beila having to interfere. Amancio Beila came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Brokenlee FC's Mariano Xacintu. But to his dismay, Mariano Xacintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 34th minute, Haroldo Oalo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rejunte FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ambrosio Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Leonardo Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Lorenzo Walme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brokenlee FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Walme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Mariano Xacintu put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Amancio Beila. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 51 played minutes Brokenlee FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Fagondo. Brokenlee FC's Leonardo Lizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Monte in the 59th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Lorenzo Walme left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Brokenlee FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. If Mariano Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Camilo Mattin's shot from long distance in the 78th minute was not bad at all, but Rejunte FC's Amancio Beila knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Mariano Xacintu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amancio Beila. That made the score 1-4 in the 79 minute of play. Lorenzo Walme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Rejunte FC's goalkeeper Amancio Beila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Walme. When Mariano Xacintu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 89 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Amancio Beila was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Amancio Beila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Xacintu's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
