Clodoveo Pierres might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Ubendu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Clodoveo Pierres ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Pozuelos defense, Mateo Clodio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano Guifre. The Pozuelos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano Guifre should have stopped the shot. Inocencio Laurgain scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Guifre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Junín's Mateo Clodio got a free kick in the 35th minute. Gaston Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clodoveo Pierres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Tiburcio Ubendu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Ubendu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Pierres in the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. Clodoveo Pierres's late challenge caught a Junín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo Pierres helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pozuelos getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Clodoveo Pierres hit a great ball. Junín's Tiburcio Ubendu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Junín from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Junín's Felix Aritza got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Gaston Sandaili recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Dario Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albano Jatsu, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Pozuelos's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Laurgain came free, but Maximiliano Guifre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Israel Mon's late challenge caught a Junín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Mon helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Pozuelos got a freekick which was hit by Israel Mon. Maximiliano Guifre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Laurgain in the 76th minute of play. Maximiliano Guifre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Clodio in the 78th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, Junín's Inocencio Laurgain made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximiliano Guifre was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaston Sandaili's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Tiburcio Ubendu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the last second Tiburcio Ubendu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Clodoveo Pierres in the 88thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gaston Sandaili fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Ubendu having to interfere. Maximiliano Guifre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Clodio in the 93rd minute of play.
