Silverio Rio might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Dunixi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silverio Rio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute, Silverio Rio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silverio Rio struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Agustin Dunixi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZafaR. Aldo Lucian might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agustin Dunixi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aldo Lucian ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Javier Natal was the one to do the kick off. Silverio Rio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Juan Kimetz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute Silverio Telo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Walme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ZafaR were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
