Nunez Abecia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Iaki having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Guzmán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Chepe came free, but Basilio Iaki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nunez Abecia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 15th minute, Ernesto Beat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 16 played minutes Guzmán FC got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Vigil. When Hipolito Beti fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Axelgaqu's protests and gave Hipolito Beti a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Axelgaqu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Beti to maneuver through the defense. Axelgaqu's Isaias Ralondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Cordarell in the 25th minute of play. Marciano Kepa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Isaias Ralondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Basilio Iaki managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Axelgaqu's Delmar Chepe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Guzmán FC's zone, Delmar Chepe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Iaki came out of the goal and Delmar Chepe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marciano Kepa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Ralondo having to interfere. Nunez Abecia struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Basilio Iaki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Axelgaqu. A collision led to Guzmán FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Juan Padro hit a great ball. If Delmar Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 played minutes Guzmán FC got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Naike. Axelgaqu's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 43rd minute of the game, when Gilberto Elixio after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Guzmán FC's goal. Gilberto Elixio was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Delmar Chepe scored 2-0 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Iaki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmar Chepe to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Marciano Kepa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guzmán FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Axelgaqu the free kick. The supporters of Axelgaqu booed when Guzmán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Kepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Delmar Chepe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Iaki. Guzmán FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delmar Chepe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Basilio Iaki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nunez Abecia went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 65 minutes into the match, Axelgaqu's goalkeeper Isaias Ralondo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marciano Kepa. Andres Cordarell might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Ralondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Cordarell ran back to his position shaking his head. Nunez Abecia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 minutes, Juan Padro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guzmán FC and the Axelgaqu players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Guzmán FC! Delmar Chepe might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Iaki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Delmar Chepe ran back to his position shaking his head.
