Santo Barto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eloy Mundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Benjamin Inautzi came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the ASO FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 62nd minute Higinio Vincente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Basajaun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ASO FC's Santo Barto got control of the ball when Carlos Inguma tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Leo Cordarin fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASO FC's protests and gave Leo Cordarin a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes ASO FC got a freekick which was hit by Leo Cordarin. Eloy Mundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Barto having to interfere. Santo Barto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Mundo in the 70th minute of play. Higinio Vincente scored 3-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Basajaun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leones Cristianos F.C.'s Fabio Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Vincente in the 76th minute of play. Fabio Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Inautzi in the 83rd minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Gary Medel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Inautzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eloy Mundo struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Santo Barto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leones Cristianos F.C.. ASO FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Leones Cristianos F.C. for a fine match.
