Araujo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Epifanio Odilon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Ezkerra in the 34th minute of the match. Epifanio Odilon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Ezkerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Virgilio Ezkerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Epifanio Odilon came out of the goal and Nestor Txeru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Txeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tiburcio Jeraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Silvestre Luzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Araujo's zone, Tiburcio Jeraldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Luzea came out of the goal and Tiburcio Jeraldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denis Patxi struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Silvestre Luzea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spinetta Jade. After 75 played minutes Araujo got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Berdaitz. Silvestre Luzea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denis Patxi's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Tiburcio Jeraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Luzea having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Isidoro Mikelats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 90th minute when Denis Patxi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Tiburcio Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Patxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Luzea having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Spinetta Jade eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
