Tomas Miro hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Los Andes FC defense, Conrado Dalmai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Caradaro. The Los Andes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Caradaro should have stopped the shot. Conrado Dalmai's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Daniel Caradaro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Marcelino Escobar fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marfady FC's protests and gave Marcelino Escobar a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Marfady FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Escobar. 31 minutes into the match, Los Andes FC's Amadeo Aurre broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Humberto Panpili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Gotzon in the 39th minute of the match. Humberto Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Jakue in the 41st minute of play.

The wind increased when Haroldo Gotzon made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Caradaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Ladio's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Conrado Dalmai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 62nd minute Haroldo Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Panpili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anier Eate struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Humberto Panpili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Andes FC. Los Andes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marfady FC the free kick. In the 90th minute, Amadeo Aurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Haroldo Gotzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The Marfady FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Andes FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
