Tambería's supporters crossed their fingers, but Primitivo Mattin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anier Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Tambería getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Manuel Jacob hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Los Andes FC's Tomas Miro got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 27 played minutes, Tambería's Pascual Xabier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Caradaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tambería reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Los Andes FC's zone, Primitivo Mattin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Caradaro came out of the goal and Primitivo Mattin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benito Jakue during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Domingo Nicholas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Primitivo Mattin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Caradaro was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Benito Jakue hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Primitivo Mattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Caradaro having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Domingo Nicholas rounded Los Andes FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. After having played for 58 minutes, Haroldo Gotzon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 68th minute of the match Ariel Jeraldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Caradaro skillfully saved the ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Primitivo Mattin advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 72nd minute. Primitivo Mattin struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Daniel Caradaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tambería. 80 minutes into the game, Domingo Nicholas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Daniel Caradaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Haroldo Gotzon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruperto Emeterio was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Anier Eate's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Emeterio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Los Andes FC's Daniel Caradaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Los Andes FC from getting a goal against them. Tambería's Ruperto Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Gotzon in the 91st minute of play. Godofredo Sugar's late challenge caught a Los Andes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Sugar helped the player get up and apologised. Godofredo Sugar kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Haroldo Gotzon charged in rather forcefully in the 99th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haroldo Gotzon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The Los Andes FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tambería's performance. The match ended with a win for Tambería.
