Marea Roja's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eriberto Lauaxeta 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Ismael Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Chan having to interfere. Erubiel Dorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ismael Lesardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ermegildo Chan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the game, Marea Roja's Ismael Lesardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermegildo Chan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 34 minutes into the game, Honorato Mazuste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pituil's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marea Roja the free kick. In the 34th minute, Honorato Mazuste hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Chan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Lesardo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Ismael Lesardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ismael Lesardo to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Cecilio Frisco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Theobald was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Edgard Bernard kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Pituil's Ermegildo Chan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Lesardo in the 67th minute of play. Erubiel Dorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ermegildo Chan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes of play, Marea Roja's Erubiel Dorio made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Chan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ismael Lesardo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Cecilio Frisco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pituil's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio Frisco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Theobald breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cecilio Frisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Theobald having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eriberto Lauaxeta in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Theobald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cecilio Frisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
