Spectators: 7094 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 30) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aquiles Berasko got the match started through his kick off. When Aquiles Berasko came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Asterisco Cósmico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Berasko couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the match, Aquiles Berasko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorio Aballe. Ancón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquiles Berasko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Geronimo Rami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Honorio Aballe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ancón getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Felix Maria hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Geronimo Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorio Aballe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Cesar Urtzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Asterisco Cósmico's Igor Salvino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Modesto Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Salvino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cesar Urtzi in the 36th minute. Geronimo Rami took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Honorio Aballe. Honorio Aballe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Igor Salvino made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Cesar Urtzi sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Rami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Aballe having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Adolfo Polentzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ancón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Asterisco Cósmico the free kick. After the first half Asterisco Cósmico were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Modesto Piearres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Honorio Aballe made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Geronimo Rami sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Asterisco Cósmico's zone, Cesar Urtzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Igor Salvino came out of the goal and Cesar Urtzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Asterisco Cósmico getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Efrain Tulio hit a great ball. Marco Bizi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, one of Ancón:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ancón. Asterisco Cósmico's Igor Salvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Urtzi in the 71st minute of play. Efrain Tulio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Honorio Aballe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Efrain Tulio during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Efrain Tulio kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Cesar Urtzi notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Asterisco Cósmico's Igor Salvino. Igor Salvino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felix Maria hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Asterisco Cósmico's Aquiles Berasko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Honorio Aballe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Honorio Aballe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Berasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Asterisco Cósmico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
