The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Anfibio FC's Valentin Muc got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Gregorio Havier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Rami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Anfibio FC's zone, Geronimo Rami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregorio Havier came out of the goal and Geronimo Rami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Freddy Rudolfo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Salvino having to interfere. Gregorio Havier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aquiles Berasko went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 25 minutes into the match, Anfibio FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Berasko came free, but Gregorio Havier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Distiratsu kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Geronimo Rami took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Havier. Gregorio Havier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Bernardo Orti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregorio Havier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Rami in the 44th minute of the match. If Aquiles Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Freddy Rudolfo made the kick off in the second half. Igor Salvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Orti, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. When Bernardo Orti came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Anfibio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Orti couldn't finish the play. Anfibio FC's Tadeo Distiratsu suffered a concussion after 59 minutes and had to leave the field. Reynaldo Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Bernardo Orti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Salvino having to interfere. Hermengildo Seguinus kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Anfibio FC's Gregorio Havier got control of the ball when Geronimo Rami tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Freddy Rudolfo came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Anfibio FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddy Rudolfo couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Asterisco Cósmico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
