If Eustaquio Isidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Chesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Montxo in the 8th minute of play. When Jairo Mon fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Expulsados's protests and gave Jairo Mon a yellow card for diving instead. Tomas Chesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Montxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Potrero booed when Expulsados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Lucian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Montxo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Dalmacio Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Chesus came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Potrero's Julio Moise. But to his dismay, Julio Moise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Eustaquio Isidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ezequiel Fortun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Montxo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Tomas Chesus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ezequiel Fortun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Isidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Potrero's Aquiles Montxo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Julio Moise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Montxo got in the 41st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Tomas Chesus handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tomas Chesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Montxo in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dalmacio Montxo to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Expulsados's zone, Dalmacio Montxo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Chesus came out of the goal and Dalmacio Montxo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Chesus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dalmacio Montxo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Dalmacio Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Expulsados's Alejo Belasko got a free kick in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Montxo lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Tomas Chesus. When Eustaquio Isidor came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Expulsados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Isidor couldn't finish the play. Tomas Chesus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Dabi in the 86th minute of the match. A collision led to Expulsados getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Jairo Mon hit a great ball. When Dalmacio Montxo came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Potrero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Montxo couldn't finish the play. Dalmacio Montxo took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Chesus. Tomas Chesus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Potrero's Ezequiel Fortun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Isidor in the 95th minute of play. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Expulsados's goalkeeper Tomas Chesus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match was over Potrero could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Expulsados throughout the match.
