Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Enzo Belasko took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jaime Prejun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Lopes having to interfere. Gervasio Sedeni came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Resistencia's Jonas Errolan. But to his dismay, Jonas Errolan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Cululú booed when Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Oidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15 played minutes Cululú got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Dominguez. After 18 minutes of play, Resistencia's Enzo Belasko made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gervasio Sedeni was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the match, Cululú's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Belasko came free, but Gervasio Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervasio Sedeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Oidor in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Remigio came free, but Higinio Lopes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes Cululú got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Hernandez. After a defensive mix-up in Cululú's zone, Enzo Belasko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gervasio Sedeni came out of the goal and Enzo Belasko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gervasio Sedeni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Belasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomiro Gai in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Higinio Lopes saved Resistencia from getting behind. The supporters of Cululú booed when Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Distiratsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cululú getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ariel Xabel hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes, Resistencia's Ambrosio Inguma shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Sedeni came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Resistencia reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When Vinicio Gizon fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cululú's protests and gave Vinicio Gizon a yellow card for diving instead. Vinicio Gizon hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ambrosio Inguma took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gervasio Sedeni. Cululú's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gervasio Sedeni made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Ulises Oidor sent off a good shot on target. Baldomiro Gai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Lopes having to interfere. The Cululú fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Cululú's Baldomiro Gai looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Cululú booed when Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cululú's Erubiel Nuñez got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 79 played minutes Cululú got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Hernandez. Higinio Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Remigio in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Baldomiro Gai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gervasio Sedeni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Belasko, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The audience was convinced that Baldomiro Gai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Lopes was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
