Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angel Santana started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Sol in the 5th minute of play forced Zipevah F. E.'s goalkeeper Prospero Montay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Eduardo Eleder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jujuy's Eduardo Eleder got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saverio Luar hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Eduardo Eleder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Prospero Montay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eduardo Eleder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Aureliano Sol notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zipevah F. E.'s Prospero Montay. Prospero Montay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Zipevah F. E.'s zone, Honorato Rivero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Montay came out of the goal and Honorato Rivero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Zipevah F. E.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Eleder came free, but Prospero Montay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saverio Luar hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Santiago Valerio, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Eduardo Eleder might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Montay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduardo Eleder ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 38 minutes, Angel Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zipevah F. E.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Santana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo Eleder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Montay read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Sol to make the kick off. In the 61st match minute, Zipevah F. E. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Luar to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute of the match Santiago Valerio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Montay skillfully saved the ball. When Saverio Luar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 62 minutes had been played. Saverio Luar kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Prospero Montay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Angel Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prospero Montay didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jujuy's Eduardo Eleder shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Prospero Montay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduardo Eleder went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Angel Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Jujuy booed when Zipevah F. E. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Zipevah F. E.'s Prospero Montay got control of the ball when Santiago Valerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Jujuy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Jujuy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
