Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hermengildo Mercurio got the match started through his kick off. The Jujuy fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Jujuy's Aureliano Sol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hermengildo Mercurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Rojelio having to interfere. A collision led to Jujuy getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Honorato Rivero hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Juan Frascuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. GINKO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Frascuelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Rojelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of GINKO FC booed when Jujuy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Juan Frascuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Jujuy got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Eriz. Juan Frascuelo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Nestor Rojelio made a huge save. If Santiago Gorosti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, GINKO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Eleder came free, but Pastor Gilen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Mercurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Sol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aureliano Sol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Pastor Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aureliano Sol to strike the kick off in the second half. When Jujuy's Aureliano Sol, in the 53rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Jujuy. Eduardo Eleder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Gilen having to interfere. If Hermengildo Mercurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GINKO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Frascuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eduardo Eleder got free with Pastor Gilen in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Honorato Rivero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. Juan Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jujuy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
