But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afiq Phua couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute, Tammo Zippel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Evis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tammo Zippel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Adolfo Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Handi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afiq Phua went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 45th minute, Severo Pedroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guido Corderall to strike the kick off in the second half. Tammo Zippel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Handi having to interfere. Adolfo Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afiq Phua in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tammo Zippel in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adolfo Handi saved Monserrat FC from getting behind. 56 minutes into the game, Afiq Phua recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adolfo Handi. Afiq Phua showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Tammo Zippel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Monserrat FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Afiq Phua fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Isidoro Atarrabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cordoba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Evis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adolfo Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Atarrabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Monserrat FC's Adolfo Handi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Monserrat FC from getting a goal against them. Afiq Phua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Monserrat FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Tammo Zippel scored to the left of an out of position Adolfo Handi, making the score, 0-3. In the 95th play minute Ildefonso Evis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Adolfo Handi. 0-4. Cordoba FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
