Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5452, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guido Corderall started the match with the kick off. Adolfo Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Sol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jujuy's Eduardo Eleder in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monserrat FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute, Mateo Lopez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Monserrat FC's Adolfo Handi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Sol in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monserrat FC's Lucas Maxin got a free kick in the 15th minute. Eduardo Eleder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Adolfo Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Aureliano Sol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eduardo Eleder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, Monserrat FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Maxin to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Eleder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Adolfo Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Monserrat FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Artemio Joey hit a great ball. Nestor Rojelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mateo Lopez in the 40th minute. After a rather tough play, Monserrat FC's Lucas Maxin got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Adolfo Handi came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Jujuy's Santiago Gorosti. But to his dismay, Santiago Gorosti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureliano Sol was the one to do the kick off. Aureliano Sol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Handi having to interfere. Adolfo Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Sol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eduardo Eleder came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Jujuy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Eleder couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Handi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Sol in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monserrat FC's Lucas Maxin got a free kick in the 60th minute. If Jaime Tiso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eduardo Eleder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Gorosti in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Handi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nestor Rojelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Lopez in the 74th minute of play. Mateo Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guido Corderall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Nestor Rojelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jujuy's Aureliano Sol in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monserrat FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91st minute Guido Corderall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Rojelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Rojelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Corderall in the 93rd minute of the match. Jujuy's Nestor Rojelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Lopez in the 96th minute of play. Jujuy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
