With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Henrico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Herminio Lauaxeta hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Marcial Larra tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Manuel Henrico. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 69th minute. If Aurelio Filipo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Mauro Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Aurelio Filipo managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Estudiantes de la palta fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tablillas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
