Spectators: 7234 (Terracing: 5537, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Scaloneta's Marcelo Abaurre started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Timoteo Sanduru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Melchor Shepherd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Abaurre in the 7th minute of play forced Reggae's goalkeeper Prospero Loiola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Abaurre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Loiola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Nevada got free with Prospero Loiola in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo Abaurres short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Prospero Loiola to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 22 minutes into the match, Victor Todor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Prospero Loiola, 1-0. Melchor Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Urbes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Teodoro Demario's late challenge caught a Reggae's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodoro Demario helped the player get up and apologised. Teodoro Demario kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Melchor Shepherd stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Sanduru's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Scaloneta's Severiano Venerando slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Prospero Loiola. That made the score 2-0 after 36 minutes of play. Prospero Loiola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teodoro Demario in the 40th minute. Scaloneta's Teodoro Demario got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Todor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Prospero Loiola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Sanduru to make the kick off. Teodoro Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Loiola having to interfere. Rene Nevada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Reggae's zone, Teodoro Demario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prospero Loiola came out of the goal and Teodoro Demario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Prospero Loiola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Todor, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Rene Nevada came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Scaloneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Nevada couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Reggae's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Demario came free, but Prospero Loiola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Scaloneta fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Scaloneta's Marcelo Abaurre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Abaurre in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Loiola saved Reggae from getting behind. Prospero Loiola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Demario in the 74th minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Reggae was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Cordareo to maneuver through the defense. After 76th play minutes Marcelo Abaurre shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Prospero Loiola and just under the crossbar into goal. When Godfredo Endura fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reggae's protests and gave Godfredo Endura a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, one of Reggae:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Reggae. The referee gave Scaloneta a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Victor Todor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Reggae's Prospero Loiola. 5-0. When Leonardo Cheche fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reggae's protests and gave Leonardo Cheche a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Reggae's Leonardo Cheche got a free kick in the 86th minute. Prospero Loiola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcelo Abaurre's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Odon during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reggae fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! When the referee ended the match the Scaloneta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
