Spectators: 6501 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivan Playo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute Ivan Playo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7thth minute of the game Ivan Playo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rodero AFC's Victoriano Abad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guaberto Hats made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Mede in the 12th minute. If Braulio Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aquilino Nuno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victoriano Abad having to make a save. Ivan Playo scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victoriano Abad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 minutes, Freddy Berdoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodero AFC and the mike FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 24 minutes into the game, Aquilino Nuno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Victoriano Abad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. mike FC's Eustaquio Garin pulled a muscle in his leg after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 35 minutes, Eugenio Larra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodero AFC and the mike FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of mike FC booed when Rodero AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Larra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Senin hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Justino Mikelar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Playo might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victoriano Abad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivan Playo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute Braulio Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquilino Nuno, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugenio Larra was the one to do the kick off. Ivan Playo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victoriano Abad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Eloy Manny's late challenge caught a Rodero AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eloy Manny helped the player get up and apologised. Ivan Playo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Abad having to interfere. Paulo Enekoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Domingos Benino came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Rodero AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Benino couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Gaitan in the 92nd minute of play forced Rodero AFC's goalkeeper Victoriano Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugenio Larra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Guaberto Hats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
