After 71 played minutes Gauss KF got a freekick which was hit by Anier Ixidor. 72 minutes into the match, Gauss KF's goalkeeper Aristides Erramu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tobias Tonete. Apolo Iyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ulises Vimaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gauss KF's Silvestre Eguzki got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Apolo Iyan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulises Vimaro. Concepción AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Apolo Iyan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Agustin Senon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gauss KF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
