When Geronimo Chano came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Zanjón fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geronimo Chano couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Albino Jerrold notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Zanjón's Segundo Cordeara. Segundo Cordeara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Justino Seber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Albino Jerrold scored 2-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Segundo Cordeara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, ronco de la bahia's Rafael Suarez got a free kick in the 28th minute. Segundo Cordeara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Platon in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zanjón's Domingos Ibar got a free kick in the 36th minute. Enzo Platon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

If Albino Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, ronco de la bahia's goal looked a bit too open when Justino Seber came free, but Joel Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Seber in the 71st minute of the match. Laureano Lluis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amador Rafe's late challenge caught a Zanjón's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Rafe helped the player get up and apologised. Amador Rafe hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Justino Seber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ronco de la bahia's Joel Gilesindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joel Gilesindo came out of the goal and Justino Seber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the game, Felix Blasco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ronco de la bahia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zanjón the free kick. In the 91st minute of the match Felipe Fliz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Gilesindo skillfully saved the ball. Joel Gilesindo made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Geronimo Chano sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Zanjón booed when ronco de la bahia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Barea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingos Ibar during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th minute, Domingos Ibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enzo Platon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute.
