To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Zanjón's Justino Seber ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Bernaldo. Paulo Bernaldo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Justino Seber scored 6-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Bernaldo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.
